Privacy

AI Horizon Network (CVR 39504456, Denmark) runs this website and the social media accounts and apps named below. This page says what data we handle, why, and how to reach us about it. Write to founder@aihorizonnetwork.com with any question or request.
The website
The site is static pages served by Cloudflare. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data of that request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that processing. We run no analytics script, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
The contact form
The form on the front page asks for your name, your email address, your company (optional) and a message. Formspree receives the submission, stores it in our Formspree account and emails it to us. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else. Ask us to delete it, and we delete it from our mailbox and from Formspree.
Mail to founder@aihorizonnetwork.com is handled by our mail providers, Hostinger and Google, and read by the founder. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation it belongs to is open, and we delete it on request.
Videos
The videos on the front page are shown as still pictures hosted on this site. YouTube loads only when you press play, through youtube-nocookie.com, and from then on YouTube's privacy policy applies.
The papers pages
The papers pages list research papers with titles, authors and dates from arXiv and citation counts from Semantic Scholar. That is public data about the papers, and none of it is data about you. Every link opens the paper on arXiv or on this site.
Our social media accounts and apps
We post the company's own content on LinkedIn, Instagram and X. To publish from our own computer we registered an app with each platform, named "AIHN posting". These apps act only for our own accounts: they publish our posts and read nothing about other users. They offer no service to anyone else and store no data about anyone. If you follow, like or comment, the platform handles that data under its own policy.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to founder@aihorizonnetwork.com. We answer within a month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
